I had a fantastic experience with Basingstoke Water Softeners from start to finish. The team was highly professional and helpful throughout the entire process, from the initial sales consultation to the installation. The installation itself went smoothly, and they left everything tidy and clean afterward. I also appreciated the helpful advice they provided on maintaining the system and ordering salt blocks. Gave advice over the phone out of regular working hours when our old water softener was pouring out water and immediately booked in for an engineer to visit within 48 hours. Deemed not worth repairing existing system so gave options, quotes and advice on new water softener. Gave a very good price and fitted new one quickly.
