    We have had softeners since 1985. Our previous one lasted 23 years. Basingstoke Softeners quote, site review and fitting was completed within three weeks. Excellent all through and with a minimum of disruption. We cannot praise them highly enough for the wholly professional way they performed all through the contract. They are recommended as an excellent company with knowledgeable and skilled staff.

    Our water softener is c 15 years old and developed a fault which caused it to overflow. We were particularly concerned because the overflow pipe is next to our back door which caused a hazard in this very cold weather. Basingstoke Softeners were recommended to us and the experience from initial contact to job completion was very positive. From contact to job completion took under 5 hours and it was repair rather than replacement. One very satisfied customer.

    I was concerned about the about the amount of water being retained in my brine tank .Called Basingstoke Water Softeners this morning and was amazed at the service provided by this company .Peter a service engineer was at my door at 10.30 am exactly at the appointed time agreed with the reception lady Peter understood the problem and provided expert explanation what he was doing at every stage of the operation and once completed cleaned everything up .Summing up could not recommend Peter and his company highly enough .Brilliant
