Electric Boiler Connection and Safety Checks
I needed an electrician at very short notice to advise and finalise the electrical connections to a newly installed electric boiler. Having tried several I called Austin Powers and Andrew said he could come in the afternoon to give me some advice. He was very prompt, smart, knowledgeable and immediately gained my confidence. He made thorough checks of the work I had done and agreed to finalise the connections and testing a few days later. I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking an electrician in the area. Great job, great guy.

Solar thermal water system problems
Everything started well. Austin Powers arranged visits directly with the tenant, taking a load off me. They initially fixed the issue, but the tenant reported ongoing problems and an error still showing on the system. The contractor returned, but realised they had purchased the wrong part. Austin Powers updated me and requested 25% (£105.82) of the invoice to buy the correct part, which I paid. Since then, I’ve heard nothing. Despite multiple calls, voicemails, and WhatsApp messages, I’ve been completely ignored. I feel completely let down.

Restoring sunken light in kitchen ceiling
My husband and I can fully recommend Andrew and his team for perfect workmanship, perfect reliability and perfect liaison and promptness. We have been using him for about three years now and we wouldn't change a single thing. What is there not to like? Hire him and hire him again and again.
