  Deposit paid and totally uncontactable a month after

  We had centurion come to our property in June….The survey was conducted and we were advised two weeks until the work would be undertaken The company doesn’t reply to any of my phone messages or email and it has been weeks now..,Please do not fall for this company

  Composite Front Doors Installation

  Wrong door fitted and terrible customer service

  New door and porch window ordered on 14th February 2023, door fitted on 22nd April 2023 but it was not the one ordered. Told they would swap it for what was ordered and it would take a couple of weeks. Still waiting (1st August). Numerous emails and calls to the office are being ignored. Called the door supplier, Endurance, who told me there is no order from Centurian for our door, and that what has been fitted is not one of their doors despite being told it is. Feeling extremely frustrated and just want what we ordered.

  By far the worst company ever

  I was badly treated by this company, they never reply to emails or phone calls. I paid a £1500 deposit and they refuse to give it back, they have since offered to credit it back if I want future work done, but after asking them to come to do the work, they have not. I wrote a letter to the managing director by recorded delivery, but still no response 2 months on. They are the worst company I've ever met, if you cancel be prepared. All I want is my money back, caused me so much stress

  Double Glazing Installation

  Shocking customer service

  I had windows fitted in 2014 whilst the installation was completed to expected standards the ongoing customer care and product quality is shocking. To date under the 10 year guarantee we have had 25% of all the units installed fail. We have been trying to get this resolved for two and a half years and to date we are still waiting. We have had about 6 visits one including the owner and all fail to resolve the issue. When the owner visited about a year ago he was surprised that something so basic was causing so much trouble. Each visits results in more damage to the windows. Do not use this comp

  No show appointment!

  An appointment was made for this afternoon for someone from their company to come visit and provide a quote for a conservatory, however no one showed up on time and neither did I receive any call or text cancelling/updating their appointment. What a waste of time.

  Roof Replacement

  Replacement of a car port

  Excellent job by Centurian. The damaged car port needed to be taken down and a new one installed, against a wall and drive with a difficult angle. The team re-cut the pieces to make it fit and got the whole job done in a couple of days to a very high standard including clean-up. Great stuff.
