  Excellent work

  From first communications with Karl he was excellent. Visited to quote the job and was respectful, polite and knowledgeable. On confirming the go ahead Karl kept communication on what we wanted and discussed regulation and compliance. Install was EXCELLENT clean, skilled install and a pleasure to have at our home.   Exceptional service, advice & craftmanship

  WOW! So glad people recommend we met with Karl from Esser Stoves! We wanted 2 wood burners, but being new to them, we needed honest advice & guidance Trust Karl when he speaks! This man knows his stuff! Stoves are his labour of love! Karl installed a fabulous log burner in the main living room (a stunning green enamel one!) For the second room .... well, he could have taken us down an expensive & cumbersome route as it was going into a single story room. Instead he convinced us to go for a bioethanol stove, set in a reclaimed brick hearth. Effect - Stunning. Workmanship -second to none!

  New multi-fuel burner fitted to old fireplace

  From the 1st meeting until after final installatation we cannot fault Karl & James for their pure professionalism; if any one is looking for a fantastic work ethic and workmanship look no further:Our fire place and log burner look absolutley amazing . Karl's communication is truly excellent and we never felt left out during the process of the installation. Karl treated our home with great care and left it as clean as when he first arrived the only change was the lovely new addition to keep it heated for years to come. I honestly cannot speak highly enough and would and will highly recommend.

  Hire the Best!!

  Karl was the only tradesman to actually show up. He quoted us and we were more than happy with the figure he gave us. So we went ahead and booked him to install our multifuel cook stove. The standard of workmanship we cannot fault, he actually went above expectations and removed some plaster from the wall that had blown and replastered the area during the install of our burner. Our neighbours where curious about the work happening and we gladly recommended him to them, hopefully they'll use him for their install. Karl and James were very diligent and respectful. We highly recommend them.
