Excellent workmanship and service from start to finish.

Karl was excellent from start to finish. He took the time to send us different stove options, talk everything through and was always happy to discuss any questions we had. He worked incredibly hard, did exactly what he said he would and took great care of our home, protecting everything and cleaning up thoroughly. His attention to detail and quality of workmanship were excellent. A stove installation is a significant investment and you want someone you can trust and are happy to have working in your home. We couldn't be happier with the result and would highly recommend Karl.

Installation of a new log burner

Esser Stoves were brilliant from start to finish, and their support has continued even after the job was completed. After moving house, we contacted them to check our existing log burner. They were honest about the safety concerns and explained everything clearly, without any pressure to buy a replacement. They simply gave us the facts and plenty of time to decide what was right for us. Their communication was excellent throughout, and they couldn’t do enough to help, even when we were being indecisive! Once we decided on a replacement, they completed the work when promised and took the time to show us how to use our new log burner. They’ve also kept in touch afterwards and have been happy to answer our extra questions. We paid a deposit upfront, with the remaining balance due on completion, which gave us real peace of mind. We would 100% recommend Esser Stoves to friends and family. A friendly, honest and helpful service from beginning to end.

  1000% Recommend!

Making an investment in a wood burner can be such a massive mind field however Karl explained everything, including the options of various liners and sent over recommendations for log burners to make choosing even easier! He is always there to advise and is brilliant at responding to messages! His work is fabulous – I am SOOO happy with the log burner in my new home and want to thank Karl for his kindness and guidance during the process. Would 1000% recommend if you’re thinking about installing a wood burner! Even my parents want him back to fit one in their home!
