    Dean was great throughout the entire process. He arrived exactly when he said he would, fitted a new drop-down loft hatch and installed a ladder. He was very efficient and left everything spotlessly clean and tidy. He also took the time to show me how the new system worked and made sure I could use it. I can't recommend Dean highly enough.
