3 Normally great - this time, disappointing integrity.

Have used this company for years. Always been extremely happy with competitive pricing and reliability of job completed. Arranged the yearly tree/hedge pruning as normal. Agreed date. This was changed by the company. No issue. The new date arrived, no communication. Had to chase. The owner said they would be there between 1-2pm. No show. Therefore, we cancelled. We then received an aggressively toned text from the owner. I later reviewed the company. The owner responded and fabricated that he had contacted us to provide an explanation for running late.
