We then proceed to locate the source of your water leak and create an access, so repairs can be carried out. Following an escape of water at a property as part of the trace and access service, we will compile a photographic report, to evidence the causation for the escape of water. Our company will liaise with the home owner to action a plan and schedule of works to suit them in completing not only the damage that is evident to the naked eye, but all the works required to reinstate the property back to its original pre-loss condition.
