21 new windows and 2 doors: A large job done extremely well by a great company at a very good price.
We're delighted with our new windows and doors from RFM. From the initial visit and quote, to the design stage and then delivery and fitting they've been absolutely superb. They have an obsession with making sure you're very happy at all stages and the care and expertise of their fitting team has to be experienced to be believed. We were expecting a big upheaval and having to repaint etc but each window and door was left in pristine condition with nothing for us to do afterwards: They didn't even leave a speck of dust behind! Great Customer Service.
Great customer service from RFM windows from original purchase to fitting. Friendly, polite and helpful fitters. No mess left behind, all clean and tidy. Very satisfied with both the new windows and heritage doors. Make a huge difference to the appearance of property, a great improvement on the old. Great products at a really good price. Complete window replacement
This company quoted an extremely fair price and went the extra mile to ensure we got exactly what we wanted. All of our existing double glazed units were replaced with new sliding sash units. The teams turned up when they said they would, kept us informed at all times, were very neat and left everything tidy when they left at the end of each day.
