  The black Finnish on the window sashes has began to peel off and despite having told them of the defect 9 months ago they still have not offered to replace them ,they have admitted that they have had similar issues with other customers but because the manufacturer doesn’t accept it’s product fault they have not bothered to communicate or help in anyway despite having an insurance backed guarantee

  From the measuring though to fitting and the finished look RFM windows have been great. Good sensible advice at the onset , great fitters who were timely and very tidy- taking great care as they worked. Lovely product, very good price point , carefully installed and all the old windows and rubbish taken away. I would definitely recommend this company. Thanks guys for a great job done

  RFM were competitively priced, knowledgeable and their works extremely good. Most of all they have been accommodating which is super important when home renovations are being completed s timescales can move. They understand this and provide solutions, not problems!

• Replacing blown units and handles

  Asked RFM windows to quote to replace all blown units within my flat - they came out as one of the cheapest and chap was friendly so went ahead- upon completion the installer advised there were some windows that hadn’t been fixed as they must’ve blown since the quote was done. I checked and found evidence (pictures of windows being blown since on the day of the quote) however upon making RFM aware of there error have had no apology etc. There was also mess left around the flat from installation. If using RFM I’d be very careful that they quote for all work as their customer service is woeful.
