  Quality new roof

  I had my old concrete slab roof replaced with a new OSB structure, finished in black waterproofing with a neat plastic fascia. A clear corrugated section was fitted to keep the rain out while letting light through, and the porch roof was also re-covered. The work was completed in just two days, exactly as promised, and everything feels solid and weather-tight. The price was on the higher side, but the quality of the finish and the fact it was done on time makes me confident in the result. Overall, a reliable and professional job. Rating: 9/10

  Damaged Roof Assessment

  Following some work done to our dormer flat roof, we experienced a leak into the bedroom. Before any repair work was signed off the insurance company required an independent assessment of the damage. Tom was quickly available to come and make an assessment, during which he clearly explained what he had observed and in his experience what had happened. Tom was friendly and it was clear he knew what he was talking about.

  Routley roofing were exceptional at their job! Tom was reliable, professional and got the job done with no problems whatsoever. He took his time to come and inspect the roof and got to know our roof properly before advising us on what was needed. Gave us an affordable and reasonable price for the work that needed to carried which we didn’t get with any other company. I would highly recommend these guys for all your roofing work and guttering work. He also provides guarantee for his work so any problems he will come back to make sure it’s done properly.
