Great Company 100% Recommend
Great company from start to finish. Communication from quote was great and any questions answered quickly and easily to understand. Work on the day of fitting was great too, Dan explained everything beforehand and laid protective covers on the floor. All under sink plumbing was redone and much better than before to great a neat and well installed finish. From my initial contact with Matt and Lindsey at Vickery Water Softeners the experience has been first class.They were quick to respond and gave expert advice on reviewing the location of our new softener. I chose them because they are a family run business who clearly care about the customer experience and their communication and professionalism demonstrated this.The new pipework is extremely neat and the location of the water softener well thought out to maximise space under our sink. Outstanding service
Outstanding service! When I found the power is off, I called Lindsey who provided prompt support. Later Dan came and professionally replaced the transmitter. Power was restored immediately, and everything was back up and running in no time. Thank you so much for the prompt, professional, and efficient support. A First Rate, reliable and trusted, local family business.
A well respected and trusted, independent local family business. Widespread recommendation right across social media, also from local businesses and other people we know. Customer care and after sales are exemplary, extending to years after installation. We had our 12 year old water softener replaced with a new model. We are based in Fareham and cover the whole of South Hampshire, from the New Forest to Southampton to Portsmouth.

More than this, drinking hard water is shown to be bad for the body. We wanted the best for our children and so invested in a water softener. Now we provide water softener installation services to families and businesses across Hampshire so they too can enjoy the benefits.
