  Quick response to my original request with written itemised quote provided. Good availability the next day and Ben arrived at the time he specified. He carried out the works swiftly, cleared up after himself and provided an invoice for works completed. I'd recommend using him and will do so again if I have further plumbing jobs.

  Swift and Thorough Roof Replacement Job

  Original quote in February was still valid in July when the insurance claim was processed. HD Services swiftly scheduled the works anmd completed on one of the hottest days of the year. They called to start early, fully clesred all old roof materials and carried out a thorough job, providng photos for reference. Totally recommend their services

  Replacement Light Fitting and Bathroom Cord Pull

  I sent images on Sun afternoon as requested and received the estimate that night. David attended to complete the works the next day and was on time - updating me on whereabouts during the journey. He also corrected a fault he noted on the main fuse box within the quoted price. He was very friendly, efficient and took time to explain the works he completed. He offered to clear up after he finished but I couldn't see anything that was required. I would thoroughly recommend him and will use his services again.

  Washer Drier Repair

  Machine broke Sun afternoon and Robert was able to attend Mon morning. He carried out a full service , changing brushes and cleaning all outlet pipes etc. As first fix but the problem was a broken motor. He had a spare with him so replaced that day. Great service, honest assessment, polite and friendly. Would strongly recommend.

  Replacement Sealed unit on handmade sash window

  Avanti were swift to reply to call out/request for quote. Advised 5 day lead time which was 'spot' on and were here to install the day after the sealed unit arrived. They carefully retained the original beading on a bespoke sash window fitment and replaced fully so no repainting required. Efficient, friendly service. Would recommend highly.

  Replacement Wooden Garden gate

  Garry attended my elderly Mother's property the same day I called requesting a quote. He arrived at the time he stated so she was prepared for his visit. This attention to detail is SO important when delivering service to the elderly and he was mindful of this. Quote obtained, he built and installed the replacement garden gate the following week. The craftsmanship is very good and my Mother reported minimal disturbance or mess. She attended an appointment whilst the team carried out the installation and was very pleased with the end result. I fully recommend his services.

  Immersion heater element replacement

  Salvo arrived earlier than he estimated. He warned me of gthe potential for damaging gthe tank if the heating element was locked in too tight. He also discovered an issue with the valve in the ball cock but asked if I wanted this done too before proceeding. Overall I was vey pleased with his work ethic and approcah to the job.

  Immersion Heater Element Replacement

  Salvo arrived earlier than he estimated. He explained the works required could lead to potential hazard of splitting tank if the previous element was fixed too tightly. He also resolved another problem he identified and showed me the issue, asking if I wanted it fixed at the same time. Thde works were carried out well and I have had no issues since.
