  A huge thank you to Chris from Greenstar Property Services Ltd for the outstanding job he did today. He attended our block of flats to deal with what was a truly desperate situation. The drains were completely blocked, causing sewage to overflow, and to make matters even more challenging, there were no drainage maps available to help identify the problem.   BIG Thank you to Zac and Connor for a fantastic job well done, these formidable duo did a top noth job for me, much appreciated. The plasterers were exceptional — true craftsmen who transformed every wall into a flawless masterpiece. Their attention to detail, skill, and professionalism were outstanding from start to finish.   Clearing drains

  Extremely impressed with the professionalism of Nick & Lewis from Smart Drainz. They were extremely quick to arrive & clearly explained everything that needed to be done. Cost was explained, prior to commencing any work, & were concise & accurate. I was kept constantly updated during their time with me and I was shown clear evidence of the issues. I had experienced ongoing issues with the pipe work at the property for many years, due to it being very old. Wessex Water were unable to resolve the problems, but Nick and Lewis managed to! Della provided me with an extremely quick and efficient response to my enquiry. A quote was received, detailing the work to be carried out.   Had completed a new bathroom, installed by “Design me a Btahroom.Com”. The task was really quite involved - a very old house, uneven floors and walls. Great communication, regular updates. I was so impressed by Justin and his team, Vincent and Julio. They all worked extremely hard, explaining any issues as the work progressed. Cleary issues are going to arise. As they did Justin and his team explained all available options to resolve, nothing was too much trouble. The results look fantastic and so professional.   Steve was punctual, extremely professional, Prior to starting he fully assessed what was required by inspecting the chimney. He was polite and professional He provided an accurate quote prior to attending. He had all the necessary equipment to complete a very competent job, ensuring no mess was left.   David, Mr Demister, attended on date/time agreed to provide a full and comprehensive quote. We agreed an install date and he again attended on the date/time agreed. His workmanship was fantastic, the install was clean and tidy, prompt, very competitive prices without compromising on quality. He is polite, friendly, clearly knows his area of work and nothing was too much trouble.
