“Simmonds services completed a very complicated insurance claim for me. The work involved was extensive, including drainage, sub flooring and joists, dry rot, wet rot, rebuilding walls, plastering and painting, re-wiring electrics and gas. Certificates provided for all work.They fitted a new bathroom and pipework with tiling and a new kitchen with bespoke sliding doors. New alarms were installed. I'm sure I've overlooked some of the work undertaken. Everything has been finished to a very high standard, by a professional contractor, who has gone above and beyond to complete the project.”
