Bespoke Kitchens - Supply & Installation in London (27)

If you’re looking for a completely custom look, or you have an awkward space to fit your kitchen in, then it could well be worth getting a bespoke kitchen.

Bespoke kitchens come with many benefits and offer a perfect solution for many homeowners looking for a unique kitchen for their home. With a bespoke kitchen you can create the exact kitchen design you want and add a striking impact in your home.

And it’s not just about looking good. Custom kitchens provide the ultimate in functionality by allowing you to install the most useful features and appliances. They’ll also often use clever design tricks to make the most of space in ways you might not have thought of.

That said, they’re not for everyone – particularly if you have a limited budget, as bespoke kitchens are nearly always more expensive than standard off-the-shelf kitchen packages.

However, a bespoke kitchen could be the best option if you:

• Want a kitchen design that’s unique to your home

• Struggle to make the most of the kitchen space you have available

• Have an awkward kitchen layout

• Like the idea of choosing the exact style, layout and design of your whole kitchen

• Have a healthy budget for your new kitchen

Benefits of a bespoke kitchen

Here are some of the many benefits of hiring bespoke kitchen fitters in London to transform your kitchen:

1. No limitations or restrictions – A bespoke kitchen is designed to suit you and your home’s specific needs, and you can be as clever and creative as you like.

2. Get help from the experts – Experienced local kitchen fitters will offer a design service that will bring your ideas to life. They’ll help you create a layout that best suits your lifestyle and daily routine, as well as the style of your home.

3. A design that fits perfectly – Making the most of your kitchen space is one of the greatest benefits of a bespoke kitchen, so that every inch is maximised for you to use. This is a major advantage if you have any architectural features to work around (such as uneven walls, low ceilings, beams or pillars).

4. A kitchen as unique as your home – Kitchens are often deemed the heart of the home, and by installing a bespoke kitchen you can create the ultimate kitchen space, both practically and aesthetically, that’s unique to your home.

5. Finishing touches that suit your lifestyle – Whether it’s fitting hidden drawers or creating enough space to fit and use your favourite appliances, a custom kitchen allows you to be as specific as you like to create a kitchen that truly works for you.

The best kitchen design will make the most of storage and counter space and create a kitchen space that is both easy to use and a pleasure to be in.

How to plan your kitchen design

Some of the most important elements of kitchen design that you should consider include:

• Adequate storage for all kitchenware, appliances, food and supplies

• Enough counter space for food preparation and entertaining

• Lighting and access to as much natural light as possible

• The type and quantity of appliances that will be suitable for the size of your kitchen

• A layout that works for you, your home and your daily routine

Tips for drawing a kitchen floor plan

If you’re confident that you can put together your own kitchen design floor plan, we have a few tips that might help:

1. Make sure you leave space between fixtures and features to allow you a comfortable amount of room to prepare and serve meals, clean up, and entertain guests.

2. Cluster features and appliances to save time and effort, such as putting the fridge near the oven, or making sure the oven is close to the sink.

3. Create a space outside the kitchen to minimise clutter so that you have somewhere to dump bags, coats and post before you enter the kitchen.

4. Start with the sink as the jumping off point for your kitchen floor plan, as it’s undoubtedly where you’ll end up spending most time so you’ll want it be somewhere where you can look out a window, or into another room.

5. Place the oven on an exterior wall to avoid you the cost and hassle of having to install a proper ventilation system.
