Fascia / Soffits Replacement in Rustington (46)

Fascias and soffits protect the roof edge, support guttering and help prevent water damage to the roofline.

Over time, timber boards can rot or deteriorate, while older plastic systems may crack or discolour.

A fascia and soffits replacement service in Rustington can remove worn materials and install new boards to protect the roof structure and improve the appearance of the property.

• Installing new soffits, including ventilated soffits where needed
• Refitting or replacing guttering

Fascia and soffit replacement vs cleaning

In some cases, cleaning may be suitable if boards are structurally sound. However, replacement may be required where:

• Boards are cracked, warped or rotten
• Paint or coatings are peeling extensively
• Fixings have failed
• Ventilation is inadequate
• Guttering is no longer securely supported

A fascia and soffit service in Rustington can confirm whether cleaning or full replacement is appropriate.

How long does fascia and soffit replacement take?

Timeframes depend on property size and access.

• Smaller properties may be completed within 1–2 days
• Larger homes or full roofline replacements can take 3–5 days
• Additional time may be needed if roof repairs or timber replacement is required

Weather conditions and scaffolding access can also affect schedules.
