“Pat and team were great. Initially came out to survey the work and provided a very reasonable quotation quickly. I have a hipped roof on a period property. It had old fashioned underlay that was causing build up of heat and moisture in the loft. They replaced the underlay, roof tiles, added vent tiles, installed new battens and a new gutter. They worked very quickly, to a high quality finish and left everything tidy afterwards. There were minor additional works found along the way that were not included in the original quote, but these were also done at a reasonable price. Highly recommended.”
