    “We had a leaking roof and Franc was first to quote. Since the leak was fairly bad - we went with him and cancelled other quotes. He made a (free) temporary fix and returned 2 days later - but rain in between proved that wasn't the location of the leak (even though it did need fixing). The real problem was found quickly and the quote adjusted. Two of his guys did the work for us, but Franc visited many times to check what they were doing. He will tell you that he's a perfectionist - that's an understatement, which is a very good thing as a customer. Would definitely use them again.”
