Yes, uPVC can be painted and sprayed. The most important part of painting uPVC is the cleaning. Plus using special adhesion promoting primers & finishes. If it’s for uPVC windows and doors, my recommendation is to use a specialist contractor that does this type of work. Time spent finding a reputable firm is money well spent. When it’s done properly, you should get years worth of life out of the coating.
