Damp on bathroom ceiling
So the last few days ( after the snow ) I have noticed a slight damp patch around an LED light in the upstairs bathroom. I haven't got access to a loft ladder so I'm thinking of either issue with the roof, issue with pipes, extraction fan - I know the fan goes into the loft or maybe it is just the time of year? Not sure the best person to ask first to check things I'm in the Suffolk area.

Thanks for the question. Our gut feeling is that you may have a slipped tile or roof weakness that has allowed water to ingress. Might be worth isolating the light for safety, water and electrics are very dangerous. We have asked a local Checkatrade roofing expert to take a look at your problem and we will update this question with our findings.

Just an update - We visited Davids property yesterday. David has a problem with an extractor fan which is causing condensation rather than issues with his roof, he is going to contact the relevant people for repairs/replacement.
