Do I need an electrician or a plumber to repair a bathroom towel heater?

Our ensuite bathroom towel radiator has stopped heating. We have changed the fuse. It is electrically connected water/oil filled. Do we need an electrician or a plumber to repair/replace the same?

What you do need is a competent person, this is an actual term, meaning that the person is qualified to do work with electrics. Most commonly the radiator being electrical would need to be installed by an Electrician. Hope this helps!
