What is the minimum width for internal doors in the UK?
In the UK, internal doors come in a selection of standard widths: 24", 28", 30", 32", and 36".
A 24" (610mm) door would be considered narrow and would typically be used in a tighter space, perhaps an airing cupboard
30" (762mm) is the standard door width in England and Wales, whereas, in Scotland, the standard width is slightly narrower at 726mm
What are the Building Regulations requirements for internal door width?
Building Regulations state that internal doors must meet minimum width requirements.
The minimum standard door width of internal doors in newly built visitable dwellings to provide sufficient disabled access is as follows:

775mm – When the approach is not head-on from a corridor with a width of 1050mm
