Which trades do I need to install a downstairs shower?

I have a shower tray in a corner, with two tiled walls and one short and long (with door) glass panels. There is an electric Mira installed. I would like an open shower with an overhead head, plus a handheld one (power shower?) and a new base and maybe a half brick wall. New tiles for this area too. Downstairs shower. Do I need a plumber, electrician and tiler/builder to replace this?
