Who would I hire for a bathroom renovation?
We are looking to renovate our bathroom which will include knocking the toilet wall down to join up the bathroom/toilet - reposition radiator - board up one doorway - new bathroom suite (bath with shower over, sink and toilet) tiling and flooring as well as new piping outside including a new soil stack - will we need to get a number of tradespersons or will a bathroom fitting company do all the work, how long will this work likely to take and rough cost estimate?

This is certainly the type of work we can do. If you are local to us this is of interest. As for cost, this depends on many variables and a survey is required to prepare an estimate.
Wayne De Wet, Wayne De Wet, Caister on Sea
Two options: Project manage the project your self and schedule each trade in once you have agreed on costs and choices. Option two is to go with a contractor who can do a turnkey project. They plan and organise everything and are responsible for the whole project. This is the better option in my opinion.
