• To be in with a chance of winning a £50 Amazon.co.uk Gift Card, complete the survey sent via SMS after contacting a trade, answer ‘Yes’ to question 15. ‘Would you like to enter our prize draw for a £50 Amazon.co.uk Gift Card?’ and enter your email address so we can contact you if you’re picked as the Winner.

• The entry period for each prize draw will end at midnight on the last day of the month, restarting every three months (last day of March, June, September, December each year.)

• There will be one winner selected at random from the full list of respondents each quarter.

• The Winner will be chosen on or shortly after the closing date each quarter and notified shortly after. If the Winner fails to confirm acceptance of their prize within 3 working days of being notified, that Winner will forfeit their prize and Checkatrade reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

• The Winner will receive an Amazon.co.uk Gift Card to the value of £50 (the “Prize”). The Prize will be sent to their email address by Checkatrade within ten working days of the end of each quarter.

• The Prize is also subject to Amazon.co.uk Gift Card terms and conditions, restrictions apply, see www.amazon.co.uk/gc-legal

• One entry per person per quarter.

• Checkatrade reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value in the event that the prize described above cannot be provided. The prize is non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be given.

Checkatrade will not accept responsibility for survey responses that are lost or delayed, regardless of cause, including but not limited to any equipment failure, technical error or malfunction or systems, network, server hardware or software failure of any kind; or

proof or transmission as proof or receipt of survey response.

• The Promoter: Vetted Limited, (trading as Checkatrade) a company incorporated in England & Wales (company number 04285394) with its registered office at Building 2000, Lakeside North Harbour, Western Road, Portsmouth, PO63EN (“Checkatrade”)

• By entering your survey responses you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Entrants must be aged 18 years and over and resident in the UK.

• Employees (and their families or agents) of Checkatrade or any of associated companies cannot enter the draw.

• Checkatrade's decision will be final, and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

• Checkatrade will use any information which you provide or which we obtain from our dealings with you in accordance with our Privacy Notice and to administer the draw. Checkatrade’s Privacy Notice is available at https://www.checkatrade.com/privacy

• Checkatrade must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. If you are a Winner, Checkatrade will provide your surname to anyone who emails marketing@checkatrade.com. If you object to this information being made available, please advise Checkatrade by email to marketing@checkatrade.com. In such circumstances, Checkatrade must still provide the information to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

• Checkatrade shall not be responsible or liable for any expenses incurred by any Winners over and above the prize offered above, and the draw winners participate at their own risk.

• Checkatrade reserves the right to change, alter or withdraw the prize draw at any time. If any of these terms and conditions are found to be void or unenforceable, that term shall be deemed to be deleted and the remaining terms and conditions shall continue in full force and effect.

• By submitting your survey response you agree to assign all intellectual property rights in your response to Checkatrade with full title guarantee and waive all moral rights in connection with the same.

• These terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising is subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
