Tiny Tradespeople
Rewarding a nation of tiny helpers, and inspiring the next generation of trades.
Children love ‘helping’ the tradespeople that work in their homes – from handing them tools, to bringing them biscuits, and asking ‘why’ several hundred times.
We’re rewarding these tiny helpers with ‘mini pay packets’, thanking them for their hard work.
We’re doing this because we know it’s never too early to encourage children to consider a career in the trades, particularly with our latest research finding that the UK will need to recruit 1.3 million more skilled trades by 2034*.
How to apply
