• By entering into the Prize Draw, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Employees (and their families or agents) of Checkatrade or any of its associated

companies cannot enter the Prize Draw.

• Checkatrade will use any information which you provide or which we obtain from our

dealings with us in accordance with its Privacy Policy and to administer the Prize Draws.

Checkatrade’s Privacy Policy is available at checkatrade.com/About/Privacy.aspx.

• To enter into the Prize Draw, please refer a tradesperson to CAT by completing the

details set out in the form.

• The Prize Draw will take place on the last working day of each calendar month. The

winner will be drawn at random from all valid and accurate referrals received in that

calendar month.

• There will be one prize winner for each Prize Draw. The winner will receive a £250.00

Love2Shop voucher code by email (“the Prize”).

• Checkatrade reserves the right to substitute the Prize with a prize of equal or greater

value in the event that the above cannot be provided to the winner. The Prize is nontransferable

and no cash alternative will be given.

• A tradesperson can only be recommended by an individual once in any calendar month.

• Only tradespeople who are not currently members of the Checkatrade network are

eligible for recommendation and only recommendations of non-members of

Checkatrade will lead to entry into the Prize Draw.

• All referred trades are subject to Checkatrade’s usual vetting process and standards of

membership.

• Any tradesperson who successfully completes our vetting process to become a

Recommended, Vetted and Monitored member of Checkatrade will receive a £50

Love2shop voucher code by email within 1 month of being live on Checkatrade.com.

• Checkatrade have the right to change, alter or withdraw the Prize Draw at any time.

• There’s no limit to the number of trades an individual can refer.

• Submission of the form will result in an email being sent to the recommended trade,

inviting them to join Checkatrade. Checkatrade will not save or store details of

recommended trades.
