Location – Like with most trades, you’ll find the costs are higher in London due to demand
Size and layout – The bigger the surface area that needs plastering, the bigger the cost
Finish – Premium finishes will cost more. For instance, a Venetian texture for a designer look costs between £120/m² for polished plasters and £100/m² for textured plasters
