Decorating with blue can create a beautiful scheme, but what other colours should you pair with it?
Figuring out what colours go with light blue isn’t always straightforward. It can be quite a daunting task to commit to different colour pairings when you’re not 100% sure that they are going to create the look you want to achieve.

1. Pastel pink
Light blue and pastel pink might feel like a juvenile combination. However, if it’s done correctly, it can create a fun and inviting interiors look.

5. Shades of blue

What colour goes with electric blue?
1. Green
Electric blue is a real show stopping colour and can look very stylish in the right space. Believe it or not, green can look fantastic when contrasted with blue as the two pair extremely well together.
You don’t have to invest in anything too expensive such as painting your walls green, or buying a green sofa. Instead, introduce lots of natural greenery into a space. Just make sure they are in the right conditions for that specific plant to avoid killing them and wasting your money!
2. Mustard
Maximalist interior lovers will adore this dramatic colour combination. Electric blue and mustard is a match made in heaven and will be the talking point of any guests who enter your home.
Electric ball walls contrasted with a velvet mustard sofa feels fun and engaging but at the same time rich and luxurious. Mix and match your accessories to bring in different tones.
3. Orange
Another colour combination that certainly has the wow factor is electric blue and orange. It gives 1970s vibes whilst also feeling modern.

Create a relaxing interior scheme that has a calming effect by pairing powder blue with grey. If you’re a neutral lover but prefer cooler tones in your home as you feel that they work better in the space, this combination could be a winner for you.

3. Navy blue
