Introducing Checkatrade Pay: Simplifying payments for tradespeople
One of the newest features available to our members is Checkatrade Pay, the easy and secure way to get paid for jobs all within the Checkatrade App.
Whether you’re securing a deposit to lock in the job or you’ve completed the work, you can simply request a payment from a customer in just a few taps, directly from the Checkatrade App.
Our all-in-one payment solution that enables you to easily request payments in an instant for jobs completed through Checkatrade .
Why use Checkatrade Pay?
When people use our app to book jobs by tradespeople, having a secure way for them to pay when the work is done is a vital part of that journey.
As a result, our new tool is there for trades who want to reduce their admin. It allows you to collect payments from customers in an easy and cost effective way.
If you're already a Checkatrade member, once you have completed registration, Checkatrade Pay will enable you to:
Manage your job from start to finish – Checkatrade Pay is built into your Checkatrade experience, removing the need for additional tools and reducing your costs
Stand out amongst the rest – You can let your customers know that you accept payments via Checkatrade with a badge on your trade profile
Save time with automated reminders – We’ll notify customers about payment requests, so you don’t have to chase them, saving time
Whether you're a sole trader, or run a limited company, registration will differ. So make sure to check all of the support documentation and tips to help you out.
