1 Click BOs (SUT-840)
Consumer
We’ve added a 1-click option that lets consumers post a related job straight after submitting their first one. It means they can raise multiple requests quickly, without re-entering the same details.
Booking Flow Enhancements + Consumer Availability Preferences (SUT-827)
Trade & Consumer
We’ve improved the booking flow so consumers can share richer details up front, including availability preferences and additional context for their request. This reduces back-and-forth and helps trades and consumers align faster on the right appointment and job scope.
Pay by Bank (SUT-760)
Consumer
We’ve added “Pay by Bank” as a new option when consumers pay via a payment link, with device-appropriate flows for mobile and desktop. This gives consumers another secure way to complete payments and can make it easier to pay without entering card details.
