SL Priced Services (SUT-859)
Trade & Consumer
We integrated Sponsored Listings into the priced services carousel, increasing the visibility of promoted services in search results. This gives trades clearer options to boost exposure where customer intent is highest.
1 Click Related Jobs – Expansion (SUT-857)
Consumer
We expanded the “1-click related jobs” feature into additional job submission journeys. This makes it easier for consumers to raise multiple relevant requests in one go, improving completion and follow-on activity.
Draft Jobs (Consumer App) (SUT-831)
Consumer
We introduced draft jobs in the app so consumers can pause and resume job creation without losing progress. This helps people return to unfinished requests more easily and reduces abandoned journeys.
2-Way Messaging & Journey Alignment (SUT-804)
Trade & Consumer
We aligned booking journeys and introduced messaging guardrails that support bookings being completed before details are exchanged. This helps keep conversations in one place while guiding both sides smoothly through the booking flow.
