We have launched the TradeSites assistant to help consumers complete tasks and connect with trades more effectively. This update aims to improve task completion rates and overall conversion for trade interactions.
C8: Consumer assistant upgrades (SUT-781)

We have upgraded the Consumer Assistant with voice-to-text and video diagnosis capabilities to help users better describe their jobs. This helps consumers provide clearer job details, ensuring trades receive more accurate information. It also now provides DIY advice and better serves customer support queries.
Booking Flow Enhancements + Consumer Availability Preferences (SUT-737)

We have enhanced the booking flow to allow consumers to provide preferred dates, unit quantities, and additional job details upfront. This gives trades clearer information immediately, reducing the back-and-forth needed to secure a booking.
