Override SEO metadata on Trade Member Profile (TMP) pages (SUT-756)

We’ve updated how trade profile pages appear in search engines, making them more relevant and easier to find. This helps the right trades show up more often — and gets homeowners to the right page faster.
Enable Payments Filter and Payments Boost algo to boost payments adoption (SUT-734)

We’ve added a filter so homeowners can find trades who accept in-app payments — and prioritised them in search results. It’s a smoother experience for both sides, making it easier to find and book trades who offer simpler ways to pay.
Directory secure contacts migration (SUT-721)

Moved secure contact functionality to new infrastructure, reducing tech debt and improving platform stability for future iterations. It’s all about keeping key features stable and secure, now and in the future
Review Stars on SLP (SUT-715)

We’ve added review scores to our search pages so homeowners can see how trades are rated before clicking through. It’s a small tweak that makes it easier to compare options — and feel confident in who to choose.
Surface Pricing Data (SUT-714)

We now show typical price ranges in search results to help homeowners understand costs upfront. It also helps trades stand out by showing the kind of jobs they take on — and what they usually charge.
Reviews Metric Calculation Rewrite (SUT-712)

We’ve updated how review scores are calculated to make sure they stay accurate over time. This helps keep star ratings fair and reliable — for trades and for the people hiring them.
Customer support - case refactoring, escalation management (SUT-704)

We’ve improved how customer issues are tracked and resolved, especially when more than one team needs to get involved. It means faster answers, clearer updates, and less chasing for everyone.
Priced Services Search Carousel (SUT-553)
Consumer
Priced services are now featured at the top of relevant search results pages. This means it’s easier for Consumers to see price information for jobs and can easily select Trades who are ready to be booked.
Checkatrade Express Expansion (Misc)
Consumer
Checkatrade Express is now featured in the Priced Services carousel in search results across all of the UK for selected job categories such as Handyman, Boiler Servicing & Oven Cleaning.
Book & Pay – Payment Options (SUT-668)
Trade & Consumer
Trades can now choose how they get paid when accepting a direct booking — from full upfront hold, part-payment, or just card verification. It gives both sides more flexibility and helps build trust, with a 48-hour window for homeowners to raise any issues before payment is taken.
