These are all the new features and bug fixes we have released in December that impact Trades.

AI Voice Agent Integration (SUT-835)

We’ve integrated an AI voice agent into our support setup, connected to call routing, CRM workflows, and trusted knowledge sources. This helps calls follow the same clear process every time and gives us a scalable base for AI-supported customer support.
AI IVR Maintenance (SUT-834)

We’ve continued maintenance on the AI routing agent used on our main inbound support line to keep it running reliably. This helps ensure calls are routed smoothly, without impacting existing service levels.
Booking & Pay experience for Trades who Auto-Accept (SUT-829)

Booking requests sent to trades who auto-accept leads now go through the full booking flow, including the right notifications and staged updates. This means they get the enhanced booking experience without changing how their standard leads work.
Booking Flow Enhancements + Consumer Availability Preferences (SUT-827)
Trade & Consumer
We’ve improved the booking flow so consumers can share richer details up front, including availability preferences and additional context for their request. This reduces back-and-forth and helps trades and consumers align faster on the right appointment and job scope.
Allow Trades to request payments via API (SUT-752)
Trade
Trades can now request payments programmatically via our marketplace API, with authentication and documented endpoints for creating payment requests. This supports automation from third-party platforms, so payments can be triggered without manual steps in the members area.
