January Release Notes - Trade
These are all the new features and bug fixes we have released in January that impact Trades.

Alerting & Monitoring (SUT-866)
Trade
We’ve put core alerting and monitoring in place across the Agent Tooling stack to improve visibility of system health and incidents. This helps teams detect issues earlier and respond more consistently, reducing operational risk.
Essential Account Creation (SUT-864)
Trade
Agents can now convert leads or contacts into Essentials member accounts in real time with a single action. This speeds up onboarding and lets trades access the platform sooner without waiting for delayed background processes.
Automated Call Support (SUT-863)
Trade
We’ve extended AI call handling to cover inbound case creation and outbound credit-control journeys. This helps calls follow a more consistent flow while scaling automated support where it makes sense.
SL Priced Services (SUT-859)
Trade & Consumer
We integrated Sponsored Listings into the priced services carousel, increasing the visibility of promoted services in search results. This gives trades clearer options to boost exposure where customer intent is highest.
Marketplace API Support (SUT-847)
Trade
We stood up and stabilised the Marketplace API to support trades integrating payment and marketplace features into their own systems. This improves reliability and readiness as more partners come onboard.
2-Way Messaging & Journey Alignment (SUT-804)
Trade & Consumer
We aligned booking journeys and introduced messaging guardrails that support bookings being completed before details are exchanged. This helps keep conversations in one place while guiding both sides smoothly through the booking flow.
