Consultations/Estimates and Booking Appointments (SUT-815)

Book and Pay Fast Follows (SUT-814)

We have implemented a series of improvements to the Book and Pay experience across our web and app platforms. This polishes the journey to ensure a more reliable and seamless interaction for all users.
SL Pause Campaigns (SUT-795)
Trade
Trades can now pause and resume their Sponsored Listing campaigns directly within the member’s area for set periods or indefinitely. This gives trades greater control over their workload and advertising budget without needing to cancel their account.
C8 - Cases Phase 2 (SUT-790)

We have standardized case allocation based on agent skills and improved the logic linking parent and child cases. This reduces queue complexity and ensures faster, more accurate resolution for trade inquiries.
C8 - North Star (Account Creation) (SUT-789)

We updated the account creation platform to support both existing accounts and new records within a single system. This unifies sales, onboarding, and service workflows to maintain agent productivity without disrupting ongoing operations.
C8 - Growth specialist implementation for all cross sales (SUT-787)

We have implemented a structured framework for Growth Specialists that includes automated account allocation and activity tracking. This provides better visibility into account management and ensures a more consistent, personalized experience for trades.
C8 - Move knowledge and support centre contact to Contentful (SUT-786)

We have migrated our Knowledge and Support Centre to a new content platform to improve article availability and searchability. This allows trades to find answers faster through self-service, reducing the need to call support for common queries.
C8 - Vetting Agent Experience - Cases & Omnichannel (SUT-782)

We have automated the creation, routing, and lifecycle management of vetting cases within our agent tools. This reduces manual administrative work for agents and accelerates the vetting process for trades.
My App - Auth0 Migration and Single Sign on - Phase 2 (SUT-769)

We have completed the second phase of our migration to a new authentication system, enabling Single Sign-On capabilities. This improves security and simplifies the login experience for trades moving between our apps.
Optimise lead pacing to boost retention (SUT-763)

We have optimized lead pacing logic to better distribute leads throughout the duration of a Fixed Plan membership. This ensures a more consistent flow of work for trades, particularly in the months leading up to renewal.
Allow members to created Priced Services without Campaigns (SUT-757)
Trade
Approved members can now create Priced Services for categories outside of their existing campaigns, provided they hold the necessary accreditations. This offers trades more flexibility to list specific services on their profile without purchasing additional advertising products.
Booking Flow Enhancements + Consumer Availability Preferences (SUT-737)

We have enhanced the booking flow to allow consumers to provide preferred dates, unit quantities, and additional job details upfront. This gives trades clearer information immediately, reducing the back-and-forth needed to secure a booking.
My Onboarding - Dynamic Homepage for Free Profiles (SUT-665)

We have launched a dynamic homepage experience specifically designed for new free profile users during onboarding. This guides new trades more effectively through the initial setup and acquisition process.
