Updating company details now happens in real time with automated checks. Approvals are quicker and there’s less manual back-and-forth.
My Profile – Description 2.0 (SUT-601)

Trades can now refresh profile descriptions in-app. With AI recommendations and automated moderation, updates go live faster, boosting discoverability and trust.
Directories Self Serve (SUT-596)
For trades
Buying directory products is now fully self-serve. Duplicate boxes are filtered out, quotes and carts are clearer, and confirmation emails guide next steps.
AI Service Listing Reviews (SUT-590)
For trades
AI now reviews new service listings first, with human backup if needed. Jobs publish faster, cutting wait times for trades.
Sales Lead Ownership (SUT-584)
For trades
Leads are now auto-assigned with round-robin rules and new Salesforce dashboards. Trades get faster callbacks and cleaner follow-ups.
AI Triage & Case Closure (SUT-581)

More cases are now categorised and closed automatically. Feedback loops keep improving resolution speed and accuracy.
Checkatrade Pay Sign Up Improvements (SUT-580)
