Lockdown has reminded all of us that our homes are important. For living, for relaxing, and for socialising. We’ve become all too familiar with what we call home from spending more time there than we normally would. More time for us to think, reflect and even spectate parts of our home in finer detail. Now there’s light at the end of the tunnel, it can be intimidating to think about the prospect of returning to ‘normality’.
With it being National Stress Awareness Month, and as the nation takes another step closer to exiting lockdown and hopefully all restrictions, we wanted to explore the ways in which you can relieve the stress you may be feeling about returning back to normality.

We spoke to Dr Dawn Harper, GP. Dr Dawn recommends our number one priority should be getting our carpets professionally cleaned.
